The Government of Canada needs to be involved in housing: Anne McLellan

McLellan says it's important for the government to have a national role on housing. She also says is interesting we are finally getting some concrete dates regarding clean tech tax credits, which are key to driving energy transition. Speer adds the Feds are scrambling to fill supply in housing as Canada continues to grow its population through immigration. Speer highlights the challenges the government will face as it fails to address the demand part of the equation.
