After Montreal’s water main break, is Canada’s aging infrastructure a factor?

The city of Montreal has lifted a boil-water advisory in effect for parts of eastern Montreal since Friday morning after a major water main burst, flooding streets, homes and businesses. John Gamble, the president and CEO of the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies, says investments in Canada's aging infrastructure are needed to prevent similar incidents in the future.
