A 3-month-old boy and his grandparents, who were visiting from India, are among the victims of Monday’s fatal crash on Highway 401 in Whitby, the SIU says. The baby’s parents were also in the car, with the mother suffering serious injuries. Dale Manucdoc has the latest.
